When I try to rec SA: MP (not only on SA:MP) image goes in and after a little lag freezes but the audio continues.Please help me guys ;(

PC SPECS:
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II x2 245 Processor (2 CPUs), ~2,90GHz
RAM: 4 GB
NVIDIA GeForce GT 430
Resolution: 1440x900 ( 60 Hz )
DirectX: 12
Windows: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
I know it's wooden PC but a friend of mine has the same GT 430 and going to rec
