Recording quality is awful, even though it is at 1080p and CQP Level 16

Hey everyone, I recently formatted my PC and lost my OBS settings, which were working perfectly. Now my recordings look pixelated, as if the resolution was much lower than the 1980x1080 that I have set.

This is what the recording looks like, everything is pixelated, especially my overlays, logos, etc.

Your log doesn't show any attempt to record which would be needed to diagnose further. Are you sure this isn't a playback issue, have you tried playing it back in VLC?

I had just posted another log for you, but I removed it because I think I figured out the problem. I feel so stupid for not figuring this out sooner and blaming OBS. OBS is completely fine. I used Windows' own video viewer to watch my video, and the quality is perfect. The issue is with VLC. For some odd reason, the quality is very pixelated, but I had never noticed this when watching other content. Thank you so much for your patience. I will now attempt to solve this other issue.
