I am totally new to recording videos of games. So far, I think I'm doing everything right except for one huge issue. When I play back the video files that I am recording, all I get is a still image. The audio is fine, the clip is in mp4 format. The video is playing, but it's stuck on the first frame that it plays and only the audio continues. Please help!
