Question / Help recording minecraft lagging please help

so i open obs it is set to the best settings it can be on and i get about 200-400 fps while not recording and as soon as i start recording with obs it dropes to seven fps or six or five i dont know how to fix it please help

What is your bitrate and other encoding settings at. Also, how much RAM do you have avaliable. Also, don't dedicate more than 1 GB of RAM to Minecraft, it doesn't even need 1/2 GB. If all else fails, put your Max FPS in game to 60.
