Simple Output > Advanced Custom Output (FFMPEG)
AVI is the default Container Format but Matroska (mkv) can also be used.
The Simple Output records 16-bit (pcm_s16le), I'm recording 24-bit PCM. Floating Point is also available (pcm_f32le).

@rockbottom please add Advanced settings too (color format, range), because 4:2:0 chroma subsampling is less than 4:4:4.
