Question / Help Recording is blurry

Hi, so when I'm finished recording the record is blurry, I think I'm recording in full HD but my screen is so much sharper than the video. I read somewhere that I shouldn't record in mp4, but my video editor won't be working with anything else (unless I pay more).
I know this is just HD but it shouldn't be this blurry at the start

These 2 are full HD:

And here is the log.

You're recording at 720p then upscaling to 1080p, blurriness is to be expected. Record at 1080p if you want it clearer.

wow, thanks :D
I set to full HD, but now the video is so laggy, I have 100 fps in-game no drops, but the video is like 10 towards the end. At the start, it's completely fine.
Here you can see at the right there is an fps counter.

If you recorded at 720p and didn't upscale, it would be lower resolution, but not blurred by scaling.

Windows is out of date and Game Mode is on by default and cannot be switched off. Read the link in the signature below to see how to resolve this.

You're overloading your GPU.

Hi, I did everything you said, but still laggy. Btw I did some research:
every graphics settings at max, resolution HD I had in menu 70-80 fps
video: fluid 60 fps no lagg, fps doesn't decreased when recording.
every graphics settings at low full HD recording full HD I had in menu 180-190 fps
video at the start is fluid towards the end laggy, fps decreased about by 10.
My video card seems to be my limit because when I tested my GPU usage when recording in
HD was about 80%
Full HD was 100%
So I just have to upgrade my video card. :)
Thanks guys for the reply!!!
