Question / Help Recording Freezing

Every time i try to record a video the recording freezes in the first 2 seconds. Please help i want to record really badly ;(

Idk someone please help him, I feel bad for him, my first days of recording had many issues, and people helped me, so I want people to help him too!

I have same problem as well. I wanted to open control panel,it was supposed to record it but in output video i only saw closing window so opening control panel wasn't recorded at all.

Dude, just use window capture. On laptops the monitor capture won't work.

and i have 4 logs which one do i send?

Latest one or log from time when freezing was encountered.

it says the upload does not have a allowed extension
