Recording FL Studio lags even with Low CPU

Hello guys i have experienced some very big problem with my OBS. Whenever i start Recording FL-Studio i keep getting lags and audio crackling even though my FL Studio is running on 20-25% CPU Usage and OBS is running 8-10% CPU Usage.

I really tried everything i knew(Lowering FPS & Quality, changing Encoders and Uninstalling whole OBS) and i dont seem to get it done.

Now im asking you guys if you have any ideas what exactly causes the problem. SInce im new on the Forum if u need anything just let me know and i try to get it.
