Question / Help Recording CS:S in 60 FPS HELP!!!

I want to try to record a game from 2004 called CS:S or Counter Strike : Source
I want to record it at 60FPS but my Laptop isn't very good
My specs are as follow :
AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics 2.00 GHz
3.45 GB of RAM usable
Windows 10
64 Bit
AMD Radeon HD 8400 / R3 Series

Can someone please tell me all the settings I should do on OBS to record this game at 60 FPS?

Downscale until performance is okay or you decide to buy a better PC.

What's black? The OBS preview window? The output video? Did you have the same problem before trying the settings in that link? They shouldn't change anything but the quality of the video you're recording.

The preview isn't black. The actual video is, I cant debate on if the original was good or not since it came out all gray pixels.
In the actual video you can hear the game audio but you cant actually see the video
Also on OBS it says "Can't find window" during its recording.
