Bug Report Recording broken with new AMD drivers

So I use OBS mainly for my tutoring lessons, whenever a lesson starts I start recording my desktop and capture it using my the AMD Hardware encoder with my Vega 64, that's been working great up until I've updated to the latest AMD Radeon drivers that was just released.
It never start's recording, even though it says it has, and clicking on stop recording makes it stuck on "Stopping Recording" forcing me to end the process via Task Manager.
Changing to a different encoder like H264 low cpu usage preset fixes the problem, but I thought I would post about this just incase anyone else was experiencing the same issue?

Anyways I'm pretty sure either it's a bug with OBS, or with the new Radeon drivers.

HELP! I have this same problem as well with the latest AMD DRIVERS on the H265 ENCODER, this never happens when I use H264 AVC BUT I NEED TO RECORD with H265 HEVC AMD because the quilty is very very poor on the H264 AVC AMD ENCODER. Can someone please help me to solve this problem because H265 HEVC is a MUST for me. I heard that older versions of OBS don't have this problem, so I might have to use the older versions of OBS.

Hey man! Just a heads up :) what version of the new drivers are you using? My problem went away after I installed the latest optional drivers, just go to the update tab and you'll find it. I'm currently on the latest optional drivers and it's working perfectly in hardware mode
