Question / Help Recording Audio from WebEx sessions (as Attendee) in OBS - Windows 10 Pro

Hi, I'm a Windows user interested in recording a WebEx session but am concerned about being able to record (decent) audio.
In the Mac portion I read a thread that stated:

Desktop audio on Mac currently requires a second program to help OBS capture it, since macOS does not provide a way to capture audio built-in. You can accomplish this with a program called iShowU. ​

Does anybody know what's the case on the Windows side?
If a second program is required as well on the Windows side, are there any recommendations?

OBS on Windows is able to record every audio device present in the system. You just set them up in Settings->Audio.
If you can hear it, you can record it.

What would the proper settings be? OBS seems to record perfectly from other sources.
