Question / Help Recorded gameplays freezes all the time! No Black Screen! HELP!

First of all I want to say that this started today (before that it was excellent) and I have already uninstalled and reinstalled OBS. I have 2 problems. The first one is that the recording (I dont stream) doesnt record the full lenght it either starts too late or ends too soon. The second problem is that the gameplay freezes everytime. It doenst matter the game i'm playing it simply doenst work and unfortunetly im no computer genius so if anyone could take the time to help me I would really appriciate it.
