Record only game audio like Discord during streaming

In Discord while streaming a game you can only hear the game audio and nothing else. So there is a way to separate the game audio without needing other tools like Voicemeeter or virtual audio cables.
It would be awesome if OBS had the feature to only stream the audio of a specific game because it would seriously reduce the hassle of setting up streaming.

I really look forward to this functionality. using a virtual audio cable I can get the desired result on the stream, but the sound in my headphones becomes with a slight lag and rhythm games becomes unplayable. maybe my pc is too weak i can feel the sound lag. discord does the job i need, but i want to stream using obs ;(

I don't think there is a way without using a virtual mixer.
