Recommend Me Some Good OBS Settings!

So i need some good obs settings.
I have experimented with my settings, but none of them are good, and my audio keeps crackling!
here are my specs:
PC: Lenovo Thinkcentere M73 Tiny 10DK
OS: Linux Mint
CPU: Intel Celeron G840T 2.50Ghz
GPU: Intel HD Graphics

I didn't watch all of that! Just picked a random few seconds in the middle.

Sounds to me like radio static. And the waterfall seems to line up with what I hear. Are you sure it's OBS and not your receiver?
