Been trying to rebroadcast a old halo 2 gameplay I've had. Originally tried using monitor capture and got huge frame drops randomly. Like 5-7% total, trying to use window or game capture but both just give me a black screen when trying to capture windows media player. Any ideas?

That works alot easier then the monitor capture thanks for that. Im still having massive framerate though.
The log appears to claim that its a internet issue, I have no firewall or anything blocking it, I have 50 Down 10 Up, I've ran multiple packet loss tests through different methods, and I've contacted my ISP and they claim everything is fine also. Any ideas?
Also im running at 1920 downscaled to 1280 and 2000 buff rate(ive gone up to 3500) problem still exists :(
