Randomly started dropping frames in the past three days

Hey guys! I've been streaming for well over a year now and I've ran into a problem recently that seems to have started out of nowhere.
I've gone from dropping about a hundred frames in 4 hours of streaming to dropping well over a thousand in under 10 minutes.
This is extremely irritating and I've been trying to fix it for three days now to no success. I have tried adjusting bitrate, preferences, servers, and even deleted all user saved content and reinstalled OBS and recreated my layout from scratch. Still no fixes. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

im suffering the same problem. the issue started occuring out of nowhere. my CPU usage stays below 10% when recording, and i have never suffered from any problems before. this is not an encoding issue, this is something different.

please fix!!

You are streaming over Wi-Fi, which can be very unreliable for many reasons. OBS is attempting to send the bitrate that you have selected (2000, which may not be enough for your output)
