Random & occasional FPS drops, while the system & the game is just fine

Hello, My OBS has been facing a weird issue with the Recording.
System isn't overloaded, The Game itself isn't having any problem, but It goes below 60FPS time to time and It makes otherwise Perfect looking footage look bad time to time.
It doesn't even show the Frame drop on the Statistics dock either, It's like OBS is blissfully unaware of it happening occasionally.
My RTX3080 10GB should be plenty capable of Recording 1440p 60fps Footages just fine, but OBS malfunctions in a way that I can't quite put my finger on.

Here's the Log If you need one : https://obsproject.com/logs/tsA5CkBGsEmH1s2x

I suspect it's because of the distroav plugin.

I suspect it's because of the distroav plugin.
Unfortunately, Getting rid of DistroAV Plugin was not the solution, still getting some temporary frame drops.
maybe because There's Multiple Capture sources in One scene(Spout2 Capture, Window Capture, Game Capture, Display Capture), but I'm still not so sure.

You really should fix your scenes but if you don't then be aware that Multipass, AQ and Look-ahead all use additional GPU. You can disable Multipass by setting it to Single pass.

Can you tell me What's wrong with the Scenes?
also, I use Zooms and such all the time in the Video, so idk If disabling Multipass, AQ, Look-ahead would affect the quality in any ways.

also, I just test recorded the Footages with all of the Mentioned options disabled, The Occasional Frame rate drops and micro-stutters on Footage are still there.
Like I said, My system is Nowhere near to the point of Overloading, There is no GPU or CPU reaching for the limit to record all of these footages.

I will upload my example footage somewhere...

Couldn't send in with "Attach files" function, so Here's a Unlisted YT Link for you to see the problem in action.

Okay, I just found out that DistroAV wasn't fully uninstalled yet.
DistroAV.dll was causing all the problem I had, and The lag is mostly gone.
(Lag sometimes shows up on OBS Preview, but It isn't there on Final Recordings)

Thanks for the Help guys!
