Question/Help My Replay buffer/render works weird

So when i try to clip replay buffer it sometimes works perfectly but most of the times my clip is ruined because video is just like 1 frame for 10 seconds(audio is fine).

My specs: 1660 Super, i-5 10400F, 16gb Ram
I always minimize Obs window on the second monitor because i got more fps (if that is the problem)
I attached all my files i dont know how you understand, but if you need it its there

Maybe I had gpu overload so my fps were dropping in OBS because windows preferred game, not both at the same time. Possible Fix: 1.Disable game mode (i dont even know i had it turn on) 2.Cap fps in game so im not using full performance. Now my Gpu usage is about 70% with game and obs at the same time on 150 fps
