I am streaming to twitch but the moment I start turning in game, the video becomes very pixelated. Pretty sure it has been doing this since forever.
http://www.twitch.tv/jigglywigglyx/b/511589418?t=35s is an example, when I start turning it gets very pixelated.
Specs: 2600k @ 4.4 ghz, hd3000
16 gigs of ram, gtx 670
I am using monitor capture, not game capture.
4000 kb/s, 0% dropped packets
cbr, 1920x1080, 30fps, qsv enabled, keyframe interval 2, use cfr checked
Is nvenc better in this regard? I can use that as well, I will try it later tomorrow anyway though.
Thanks
