PTZ camera hangs when PC gets shut down & Virtual Cam is active

Hiya! I'm an IT-Supporter and at work we're using OBS in a meeting room PC, as a virtual camera mixer with hotkeys (It's gotten so much praise btw, go OBS team! :D). OBS got a shortcut in shell:startup with launch parameters that turn on the virtual camera on the right scene when the pc starts up (OBS runs in the hidden elements down in the cornor of the process bar).

The problem arrives when the pc gets turned off. They don't know (and shouldn't) that OBS is a thing that's running, so they just go down to the windows shutdown button. When they do they don't get the "are you sure you want to exit OBS as a source is active", windows just shuts down. This in turn leads to the PTZ Camera from YeaLink freezing in place, instead of going up into its resting position.

So. Is there a way to stop the virtual camera before shutting down OBS automatically, as windows is shutting down. I can't learn all the people using it to turn off OBS first.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! (Even if it's a bit jank but works)

At first glance, this appears to be a camera specific issue (vs OBS)
You don't mention how the camera is connected to the OBS? is it NDI? USB, or ??
Have you checked the settings on the camera, or a camera firmware update?
but, when you say frozen in place .... depends on what you mean by that
Assuming not USB connected, without a command to do something else, PTZ cameras will typically remain in the last place commanded to be. A camera power off would send it to its resting position, but a PC off by default won't tell the camera to do anything
So, you could use some Windows OS shutdown script to send a command to the camera? {presuming camera supports network protocol communication?? ie not using something like SDI and serial controller.. again, just covering bases as you didn't indicate the connection topology}
