Question / Help problems with obs 0.621b and sony vegas 11

I record something in obs just fine then when i go to put all the segments together in vegas it just renders it at 14 fps instead of 30 which is what i set it to. The video is all stuttery too but when i use the orriginal files it is just fine.


system specs
8gb ram
amd fx 4170 4.2 ghz quad core
geforce gt 640
windows 7
obs version 0.621b
vegas 11 build 683
