1: are you using quick sync or x264 encoding
2: what bitrate are you using
3: what resolution are you using?
4: is you use quick sync what are your settings?

That isn't a full logfile but what it does say it that you have razer synapse running. close it and try again. Second, the best way to post a log is from the help menu:

What's bad about Razer Synapse? Does it take lots of CPU? I haven't noticed if it does.
