Problem is Audio and FPS when streaming/recording

Hello I’m looking for some help with OBS, when streaming/recording I used 1920x1080 60fps but when I check my recording it’s super laggy. But when I change it to 30fps it’s smooth but the audio of my gameplay is off by like a second. I play valorant if that helps. As for my component I have a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Nvidea 4060ti. Rule #1 Don't copy OBS settings from YouTube unless they're from @EposVox
Rule #2 Tools > Auto Config Wizard > DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING and close and restart OBS.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
