I see lots of articles about using an IP camera as an input source for OBS - but what about the other way around - making OBS (either the main output, or preferrably also individual sources/scenes) into an IP camera so other devices can connect to it and use/view it? Just like the Android app "IP Webcam" does - it creates a webserver and then you just go to the URL to see the stream...
If it can be done on a small phone I would assume it would be even more possible on a desktop machine...
