leadership did not help the video becomes normal only at 50,000 bitrate
but then the video weighs a lot

Ah sorry, that log is not complete. Can you see if the log prior to or past the one you uploaded is complete and show us that?
If you test the settings from the guide I linked, it will just use as much bitrate as it needs to save the video at a good quality.
