Question / Help PLS HELP! My stream is freezing and Dropping Frames

Hi there,

Someone please help. I'm new to streaming and am having two main problems. The first is when I am streaming it sometimes randomly freezes as well as in obs I am dropping a lot of frames. I tried lowering the bitrate and lowering my setting in league and am not sure what else to do. PLease help!

Hmm, you will probably have to lower your settings in OBS quite a bit more. While your cpu is not perfect for streaming, it should be sufficient to some extent. But you only have the integrated graphics chip available which is probably already pretty much on its limits running LoL. So downscale your resolution and test if you can get it working.

Apart of that, if possible do not use a wireless connection for streaming. While it can work, its often a cause of problems and could be the reason of some of the dropped frames, combined with the heavy load.

Sry, did not see your reply.
As I said, try using the downscale dropdown to lower your resolution, until it works.
If necessary you can also lower the fps to 25 or 20.

I changed the downscale to 1.25 I believe and am going to try streaming with that. Hopefully it works. I will leave the new log here and maybe you can let me know if all is good. Thanks again!

I lloked over the vod and it's pretty good, but there is a bit of lag sometimes. I s there a easy way to fix that. Im not sure I want to lower the res more. I want to have it watchable. Also, I noticed in streaming today that one of my games completely was frozen in stream and when I looked at the vod it was frozen. How do I go about resolving that issue. Sorry there's so much but I just want this to work so bad.

I cant really say anything new. You still have duplicated and late frames and too high settings.
The freezing could also come from this. Until its fixed, by either upgrading your system or lowering the settings, its really hard to tell.

Those values look a lot better than before. 0 would be perfect of course but I think on your current system its pretty much the best you can do atm.
