Please help with Fortnite lag while streaming with OBS

Hey guys,

I hope you're all keeping well!

I've recently found myself upon some issues on Fortnite (in terms of FPS drops and stutters). I have checked my CPU usage, which remains around 60-80%, and never higher. This issue has been happening for the past couple of months now.

I have some programs open while I stream such as 'Groove Music', Spotify, (OBS Studio), and some notepad files (for chat notes, etc).

I bought a new i9-9900k a few months ago, and the temps have been keeping around 30-50degrees C.

My system specs are as follows:
- i9-9900k CPU
- GTX 1060 GPU
- 32GB DDR4 RAM
- 2x 500GB SSD.

I only upgraded to Windows 11 last week, in an attempt to try and avoid the lag spikes, however they are still occurring on the new OS.
