Sorry i dont know where to post this so i have posted it in both help and bug report forums! please dont hate me.
Hey guys! I purchased a Logitech c615 cam for streaming about 2 weeks ago. Everything worked fine for the first week and then one night during the stream i suddenly began experiencing heavy FPS lag in game. After several days of troubleshooting I basically narrowed down the Webcam was causing CPU spikes in my System NT & Kernel system process. Whenever my webcam is ON, the NT & Kernel system process is somewhere between 2% - 10% CPU Usage. I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers several times over. I even tried the webcam on an entirely different computer with completely different hardware and still the same problem. Any suggestions? could the webcam just be faulty? can the webcam be ok at first and then suddenly become faulty during use? Please help.
