Please help screen black on second monitor cam

on a dual monitor setup with my laptop but the thing can't recongnize the second display, however the obs does recognise the second monitor it is just not diplaying.

I'm a newbie, so I don't know for sure, but lots of recent threads on similar issue based on OBS using one GPU and a laptop external monitor using a 2nd internal GPU (usually the nVidia) and OBS limitation on what is can Display capture
