I just started streaming and everything was going good, then I decided to make some scenes and sources(like be right back/stream starting/stream ending) and I added music to the "stream starting" and the "stream ending" and went to stream muted my mic and desktop audio, just to check all was good I opened my stream in my web browser and there was a very loud buzzing noise. Then I went to OBS and muted the song but the noise was still there. Can someone help me.
Thank you

Does the buzzing sound only happen with a "Stream will begin shortly" with background animation?
Does buzzing stop when switching scene or hiding this animated source?

20:43:53.075: source 'Twitch Alerts ' (browser_source) created
20:43:53.076: source 'Webcam' (dshow_input) created

The buzzing problem can be coming from probably any of the above (except game_capture that don't do audio stuff). Might be a problem with "line in" "line out" or a webcam's audio input?

Maybe try OBS-Studio (different free software) with better audio support and better audio features?

Hiding or changing scene in OBS-studio does not mute their audio support (thinking it was obs classic due to where this topic was created). Try muting each of the audio inputs (might need to scroll down) until the buzzing stops. Hiding or switching scene does not mute in OBS-studio that OBS classic does. Could start a new scene collection to start a fresh scene and sources if needed.
