Your GPU is crashing, update drivers or turn any overclocking off.

Driver Is up to date And OC Is off.

You may need to perform a DDU uninstall and clean-install the latest drivers (or one revision back) in that case. Here are instructions on how to do so:

Please note, ONLY use the DDU uninstaller, do not use their 'driver updater' software.
