PLEASE HELP ME D':
Basically, I get HUGE FPS drops when livestreaming. The game I'm livestreaming, Osu!, is in no way a heavy game either. I typically get a solid 120 FPS, but when I livestream, I get around 15. I have already tried MANY things to fix it with no changes. I remember livestreaming CS:GO about 5 months ago with no problems like this, just slight fps drops. I don't quite remember if I had windows 7 or windows 10 back then, but I did change to windows 10 eventually, and I was wondering if that might be the cause.
(The Important shtuff)
GPU: R9 290
CPU: FX 8350
RAM: 8gb
OS: Windows 10
I've streamed 2300 and all the way down to 800 bitrate with no improvement.
I've streamed at 1080, 720, and 480 with no improvement.
I have CBR enabled of course.
I've changed servers. No improvement.
Streamed at 30 and 60 FPS. No improvement.
Looked at CPU/GPU usage, nothing crazy whatsoever.
And a bunch of other stuff I don't remember trying, but if anyone can recommend something, please do.
