Question / Help Please help Black screen!

hello, my first day with obd, I followed a YouTube tutorial to set my streaming channel up but I have a problem every time I go to source and set up game capture and select the game it just goes to black screen and nothing happens.... but if I do display capture it works fine? I'm so confused please help here is my log
