Pixelated stream using OBS

Hi

Got an issue when streaming the Witcher 3 and a couple other games. Curiosos it doesn’t happens on THE DIVISION or other games.
I’m pretty new to this stuff but, following some advices and posts, I’ve come to this config.

H264 encoder
Rate control CBR
8000 Bitrate
Keyframe 2s
Preset QUALITY
Profile HIGH
Max B frames 3
Rescale output lanczos 1920x1080

My set up is on a UW screen so base canva is 3440x1440
Output (scaled) for 2292x960
Lanczos and 30fps

Current set up
AMD R7 5800x
Sapphire nitro 7900xtx
64gb ram
2tb ssd (If it has some kind of worth mentioning it)

Still, when moving around TW3, everything becomes blurry and pixelated and idk what to do to fix this
Anyone can help me fix this so I can make a decent stream ? I’m aware that one of most important things when it comes to starting an streamer career is having a good quality stream at least HD option for ppl whose device and internet can support it

Tools > Auto-Configuration Wizard > Optimize for streaming, recording is secondary > Complete Wizard.
Do not change any thing.
