Question / Help Pixelated stream twitch help!!!!

So I am streaming the game Grand Theft Auto v on twitch using obs, but when I start streaming the image is pixelated. I don't know what settings to put here are my PC specs :

Processor: Acer i5-4460
Graphique card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 950

Internet:
Download speed: 30 mbps
Upload speed: 10 mbps

Please help

Set the x264 preset back to veryfast, and disable the custom buffer size.

30fps is another thing.

60fps needs between 50% and 100% more bitrate as well as 100% more cpu time compared to 30fps.

And will 30 fps be good for gta v?

It will generally. Might not have the smoothness of 60fps, but if you don't have the computer power and don't have twitch partnership, you have to deal.

But I have a good graphique card and a pretty good computer

That means nothing when dealing with the other restrictions put on you by streaming providers.
