Question / Help Pixelated Gameplay Problem

Studio is the new codebase. You can still use Classic, but Studio has more newbie-friendly settings templates available.
If you want or need to use Classic, follow ALL the steps in the Local HQ Recordings guide here (ONLY if you're recording, not streaming):

If you've already done that, post a log from the Help menu from a session at least 5 minutes in length, and we can take a look. Pixelation usually means too low bitrate, which shouldn't be a problem when recording to local disk and not streaming.

The problem has been solved in Classic i believe. Now I want to begin using Studio but the problem is that I have the settings set to Simple on Studio but my game is lagging even before I record. I am playing Overwatch and my frames drop to really low numbers. Is there a way to fix this?
