Question / Help Ping spikes with 17-20mb upload?

Absolutely 0 issue with FPS drops but as soon as I get into a game that requires any sort of internet connection, my ping will spike 50+ & cause stuttering issues in-game.

Yes, Minimize Network Impact is checked.

Someone told you that you needed a custom encoder command in advanced for a "keyint" value.

Tried to just copy & paste it & close it in with the [ code] commands but it said it was over 10k characters.
