Question / Help Perfect Bitrate and Buffer Size ratio?

So I figured out most of my problems on OBS but I can't seem to find the perfect kb/s to kbit ratio for it to run anywhere near smoothly enough for an Omegle/Chatroulette video...

The first recommends settings based on the hardware and network specs you enter. The second will show us your existing hardware and OBS settings so we can help you make adjustments. It would be excellent if, despite thinking it useless, you could post a log as requested.

No need to apologize, just post a log if you still need help. :)

Unless you aren't actually running a Celeron N2815 in your system then yes. Maybe you could downscale to stream/record at 360p or 480p but your hardware is really underpowered.

It's just not hardware suited to streaming, sorry. For home/office use browsing the web, running MS Office, watching movies, etc. it's fine but it isn't equipped to do heavy workloads like real time video encoding.

I've tried using other video recorders before and they'd record pretty smoothly... The only problem with the others is either they wouldn't record my computer's audio or would make it to where I couldn't upload videos from them to YouTube... I just want to do Chatroulette and Omegle videos but I don't have the money for the good programs...

Can you at least tell me the best settings you can for it? I mean, since I cleaned up my computer, I can send another log and see if that'd help.

Sapiens already told you what resolution to use, but still your CPU is crap for streaming/recording with OBS. You might be better of with Fraps or some other application that doesn't do heavy encoding like OBS.
