Question / Help Partial Screen Displayed When Ext Monitor Higher Rez Than Laptop's

Hi Folks:

I'm trying to help a friend, who's native language isn't English, set up OBS on his laptop.

The game is World of Tanks, and the image Twitch broadcasts is a large portion of the center of the external 1920 x 1080 monitor he plays on.

The highest resolution he is able to select for "Resolution Downscale" is "None (1536 x 864)", which is the resolution of the Laptop's monitor.

It looks to me like he's broadcasting the center 1536 x 864 pixels of a 1920 x 1080 display.

We spent some time trying get his OBS settings as much like mine as he can. I have Nvidea, his system, as you can see in the log, uses the i5's internal controller.

Any ideas what we're doing wrong?

Thanks
Larry.

He has dpi scaling (control panel -> display -> Make text and other items larger or smaller) enabled, the slider at the place i mentioned has to be set to smaller.
