Here is something you guys have probably never heard of before;
Stream looks fine when i stand still but as soon as i move everything gets blurry and heavy pixelation starts.
I have read a couple of the threads on here and in most cases it's the bitrate that is too low.
As for me, i've streamed at 3500 (yes i know twitch "limits" there) and now i am at 3800kbps and STILL blurry.
I have seen other streamers with far less bitrate and their streams dont show the pixelation i get.
edit: my net atm
FPS: 60
Bitrate: 3800 kbps
Buffer: 8500 kbits
x246 CPU Preset: Faster
CBR: On
CBR Padding: On
CFR: On
Keyint: 240 (note: This actually looks better, less blurry than 120)
Encoding Profile: Main
Scene Buffering Time: 700
Change fps to 30 in both 1080p and 720p
Buffer 3800 (same as bitrate)
Quality: 8 (no clear difference)
Quality: 5 (no clear difference)
Keyint: 120 & 60 for 60fps and 30fps
Note especially the grass and trees.
I have seen people (non partnered) on twitch who stream this game and you can see the grass more clearly than in mine.
I would think 3800kbps for a downscaled 720p 30/60fps stream would make it better than this?
What am i missing here? Could it be the 1080p Source?

- Quick setup (full log below):
FPS: 60
Bitrate: 3800 kbps
Buffer: 8500 kbits
x246 CPU Preset: Faster
CBR: On
CBR Padding: On
CFR: On
Keyint: 240 (note: This actually looks better, less blurry than 120)
Encoding Profile: Main
Scene Buffering Time: 700
- Things I have already tried to change and fiddle with to see if there would be any change in motion quality:
Change fps to 30 in both 1080p and 720p
Buffer 3800 (same as bitrate)
Quality: 8 (no clear difference)
Quality: 5 (no clear difference)
Keyint: 120 & 60 for 60fps and 30fps
- Here is an example of a stream.
Note especially the grass and trees.
