Question / Help Output Resolution Stretched

Hey all, so I’m trying to stream/record and my recording/stream comes out stretched. I’m using a 1920x1080 moniter, and have it set along with output settings. Even with trying out different output resolutions, and different captures, nothing changes. Any ideas on how to solve it? I was told that my gpu could be a possibility (GTX 750 ti) but I’m not sure.

Your gpu shouldnt affect your resolution.

I’m trying to record Geometry Dash, which s a very minimalistic game in terms of graphics. My streams have been OK, but the recordings are still stretched

What is your in-game resolution? 1920x1080?
Are you using the Game Capture Source in OBS?
You can change the mode in the settings of the Game Capture Source to ( Capture Specific Window ).

Try that.
There is also an option called ( Force Scaling )
Its located in settings of the Game Capture Source.

And turn of Rescale Output in the Output tab on obs.
