One specific hotkey reverts to something I never set it to every time I close/launch OBS

Hi,

I'm having one of the strangest problems I think I've ever encountered before.

So, I'm pretty new to OBS. Apologies if I'm overlooking something really obvious here. I have a setup that is meant to look like the viewer is watching a TV in a living room on a TV stand. I have my left arrow key set to toggle showing/hiding the TV display. This toggle works great and I have never had any issues with it. However, ever since I set the hotkey, OBS has also set the left arrow key to toggle showing/hiding the TV stand. So now if I turn off/on the display, the stand also toggles its appearance and it looks very silly.

The obvious solution of course is to go to the settings and unbind Show and Hide 'Stand'. I do this, and for the rest of the session, I have no troubles. But when I close OBS and launch it any time later (could be a quick relaunch, could wait a day or more) the left arrow key is automatically rebound to toggle show/hide Stand.

I can't emphasize enough how unimportant this is; I can fix it every session with like four clicks, and most of the time the screen is zoomed in enough that you don't even see the stand. It's a minor inconvenience at most. I do find it very strange though. I don't think I've ever run into an issue like this before, and I don't know why OBS is choosing this random element in my scene to attach this hotkey to.

Log file #1 (previous):
In this session I hit left arrow a few times to confirm the issue. I then remove the hotkey from toggle show/hide 'Stand' and hit apply and accept. Then I hit the key a few more times to show it is fixed. I close the program.

Log file #2 (current):
I relaunch immediately and hit the arrow key a few times. Display and Stand toggle, so it has reverted.

I hope I have provided enough relevant info. Thank you.
