Thanks for the crash report.
The first thing I'd suggest is updating OBS - 21.1.0 has a broken updater. You can install on top and all your settings will remain. https://obsproject.com/download
Secondly, the crash is caused by a cursor updating too quickly. This can usually happen in Photoshop for example when you switch between tools too quickly. One option is to disable the 'Show mouse cursor' option in your Capture source.
