Question / Help OBS won't capture ANY games (BLACK SCREEN)

Hi. Lately I have been wanting to stream and I have noticed just within the past few days that OBS wont show/capture any games it's just a pure black screen. This was not like this about a week or two ago but all of a sudden it has started to play up on me.
I really hope someone could help me with this.

It looks like you're trying to run OBS on your Intel integrated GPU, but I assume you're running DayZ on your Nvidia card. Select the correct GPU (the one the game is running on) under Settings > Video. Also a word of warning, your system is far too weak to stream a game like DayZ at 1080p. You'll need to tone down your stream settings quite a bit; see

I have changed to my graphics card instead of my intel GPU and it still doesn't work, still just a black screen.

Are you using any other programs that can hook DayZ to show some type of overlay, e.g. for frame rate, system temperatures, or who's speaking on TeamSpeak? Common culprits are things like MSI Afterburner, EVGA Precision, Razer GameBooster, Fraps, TS3Overlay, etc. If you're using any of these programs, disable them and try again.

You can also try running OBS as administrator, that occasionally solves this type of issue.

You add one item in "Sources" ? add "game capture" or "monitor capture".I had a similar problem for not have added nothing in source https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/no-video.13656/

His log file shows he's already added a game capture source. I asked you to post a log in your own thread so that I could check the same thing. :)

None of the above programs e.t.c. are affecting the OBS program. I have exited them and it still continues to show a black screen.

Hi I am shure your issue is under properties game capture then un check alfa blending it wont mess up till next time you use OBS but it will make it black as you describe.If you need any help setting up obs I have some tuts for you all.
