Bug Report obs vs vlc bug

hello,

i running iptv on VLC and i try to capture the vlc output using both "came capture " and windows capture in my OBS

unfortunately, the stream was so bad and lot of buffering ,

i do some searches about in this forum and found out that there are problems with VLC

is the problem only with VLC or OBS have general problem with softwares because i am trying to try another IPTV running software

Capturing media players is not well supported. Try to get your content into OBS another way, eg through a media plugin (a VLC plugin is available).

it is not pre recorded video , it is m3u8 file which need VLC to run

and i need to capture video from VLC
