Question / Help OBS + Twitch with a 1MB Upload Speed

Looking for good streaming settings for this setup because I tried to follow the OBS estimator and my picture still looks incredibly pixelated and picture is heavily degraded. I've try a heck of a lot of stuff which is REALLY slow because in order to test it out I gotta go through twitch's advert hell highway ever time I load up my videos to check on them haha...

here is a link to a video and if I cannot get any better then that, then okay lol but thought I should be able to at least get a non blury 540p picture at least....

I've tried setting the CPU preset in advanced to slow/medium/fast/festest/very fast and it didn't make a difference, I'ved tried using bitrates of 600/700/720/750/800/810 and all combinations with the following downscale resolutions 720p/540p/480p/600p with a mix match of Bilinear / Bicubic Sharper and Lanczos under filter. Changing the FPS from 20-25 or 30 didn't make a difference.

Right now my connection as said in the tittle is 1mb, but what I actually get is closer to around 850k rather than the full 1MB upload. Any help, suggestions, I'm all hears...

In your log you either stream with 720p or 1080p and not the 540p as you wanted.
Just change that for now and see how that works out for you as the rest of the setting seem quite ok.
(settings -> video-> resolution downscale )

Yeah right now I'm streaming at 720... When I went down to 540p picture was less pixelated but more blured... no idea why it says 1080 never streamed at that....
