Question / Help OBS Timer / Countdown

Hey all,
So I've decided to take on a huge challenge over the next year or so. The 1000 hour challenge will involve trying to livestream for 1000 hours in 365 days.

I would like to have a counter in the corner of my screen which would keep track of how log I have been streaming for. Has anyone used a plugin or downloaded something that they screencap. No online apps please, they don't look great.
