Yes, I watched in VLC player, it still looks blurry. I watched in youtube also in my pc. It is blurry. I will attach the log file also! When you watch the recorded video back on your PC, does it still have quality issues? Do they resolve themselves if you watch the original video using the VLC video player? If you watch the uploaded video on Youtube on your PC, does it have the visual quality problem still?
Lots of reasons could cause this, anything from YouTube's re-encoding of the video you uploaded, to your mobile device re-scaling the video to fit the smaller screen.
I tried with 720p also. It is blurry. Same issue!first 1364x768 <-- is not 720P
and why you use CBR thats a useless limiter for the quality of record
on record you use default a Quality target not a bitrate target
Tried with both base and output resolution as 720p! Still blurry! Are you saying CQP??its not a issue
set the base resolution to 720P(NO Rescale <-- will result in "blurry" too)
switch from bitrate to quality ~15
then its nearly 1:1 if its not like you wish reduce the 15 to 14/13/12
Then where to test 720p recording? Youtube? In pc or mobile??yes CQP
Should I record in display or game capture??you can only verify the record quality on your pc with media player like vlc/mpc/...
if you upload it to youtube it will be reencoded so you never know its wrong record or wrond reencode
Saying encoder overloaded!start obs press record do display do gamecapture stop record and look at
