Currently, I use an ethernet. I have a ping of 11, 120ms download speed, and 10ms upload speed. My current settings are 720p 30fps, with 2000 bitrate and a keyframe of 2. The box next to the amount of bitrate is normally red or orange for me. It also says that only 1000 bitrate is being outputted, when 10ms of upload speed should be able to support at least 6000 bitrate. I go into my streams, and everything is super pixelated when I am on 720p. I have been streaming for a while, and I want to continue, but I can't hold an audience when my stream looks like it is 144p.
