Question / Help OBS Studio Crashing every 30 minutes. Need help!

I haven't touched anything from the previous time I streamed but suddenly OBS decides to crash every 30 minutes or so. I have no Idead why. I hope my crash report helps and there are smarter people out there who can tell me what is going on. :)

I'm currently trying to stream BF4 and my OBS Studio crashes every time around 20-30 minutes.
I'm going to post multiple Crash logs due to the fact that I kept starting the stream to see if it would sort it's self out and it always crashed, if you're wondering why I'm running 32 bit, it's because for some odd reason bf4 doesn't show on game capture on 64 bit, but it does 32 bit.
 
Update your BIOS, Ryzen CPUs are known to have microcode issues that can crash OBS. Also turn off any overclocking.
